Pricing
DotcomCabs calculates prices manually, considering distance, travel time, and the number of passengers. We reserve the right to provide an upgraded car type if your chosen vehicle is unavailable.
Waiting Time
For airport pickups, DotcomCabs doesn’t charge for the first hour after the plane has landed. Waiting time charges commence after the initial hour from landing, at £20/hr pro rata, regardless of the reason. Waiting time for other journeys will be charged at £20/hr pro rata from the scheduled pick-up time.
Tolls
Tolls are not included in instant online quotes. The driver will collect toll fees from you, or it can be deducted from your card if preferred.
Amendments
Any amendments must be made at least 24 hours before your journey via email or telephone, with an email confirmation sent for the changes. Amendments should not be made directly with the driver.
Re-Booking
All bookings must go through the office via the website, telephone, or email to ensure confirmations and journey insurance.
Cancellations
DotcomCabs accepts cancellations with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. There’s a £7 or 10% (whichever is higher) administration/transaction charge per journey. Cancellations must be made via email, and you’ll receive confirmation.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- No refund for a no-show on pre-paid journeys.
- No refund for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
- Other refund-related inquiries should be directed to DotcomCaabs customer services.
