1. Who We Are
DotComCabs Ltd is a licensed private hire operator regulated by Transport for London (TfL). All journeys are pre-booked and managed in line with TfL rules.
2. Booking Your Journey
Book via phone, email, or our website. We do not accept street hails. Once confirmed, we’ll provide your booking details and driver/vehicle information.
3. What We Offer
We provide: – Standard private hire trips – Airport transfers – Business travel – City and long-distance journeys – Event transport We do not provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles, executive/chauffeur services, or school runs.
4. Fares & Payment
Prices are confirmed when you book or charged according to our current rates. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, or parking. Payment can be made by cash or approved card methods. Receipts are available.
5. Cancellations & Waiting Time
Please cancel as early as possible. A cancellation fee may apply if the driver has been dispatched. Waiting charges apply after the free waiting time has expired.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Be ready at your pick-up point on time. Seat belts must be worn. We may refuse travel if a passenger’s behaviour is unsafe or unlawful.
7. Lost Property
If you leave something in our vehicle, contact us with your journey details. We store lost items in line with TfL rules.
8. Complaints
If you’re unhappy with our service, contact us directly so we can resolve it quickly. If not resolved, you can contact TfL Taxi & Private Hire.
9. Data Protection
We protect your personal information and keep booking records for the period required by TfL. These may be shared with authorised officers if necessary.
